Production Manager
Salary: INR 35,000 – INR 45,000 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage daily moulding production operations.
– Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
– Lead and supervise a team of production workers and technicians.
– Optimize production schedules to meet demand and minimize downtime.
– Coordinate with quality assurance to maintain high production standards.
– Report on production performance and key metrics to senior management.
– Oversee maintenance and calibration of moulding equipment.
– Evaluate and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
