Dispatch Manager
Salary: INR 25,000 – INR 30,000 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely deliveries
– Monitor and evaluate dispatch performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
– Support the training and onboarding of new dispatch team members
– Resolve any dispatch-related issues that arise during the daily operations
– Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize route planning and scheduling
– Implement safety and compliance protocols to ensure adherence to regulations.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in dispatch or logistics management
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in the transportation and logistics industry
– Familiarity with GPS tracking and route optimization tools
– Leadership experience in managing teams or projects
– Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
– Proficient in dispatch management software and tools
– Basic understanding of fleet management systems
– Strong data analysis skills to interpret performance reports
