Designation: Legal Associate

Experience: 5 years to 6 years in the Real Estate Industry
Salary: INR 25,000- INR 28,000 per month

BA/LLB/LLM or equivalents also ideally have a professional legal qualification, legal practice course. All qualifications should have been completed to a high standard.
Advanced critical & legal reasoning skill.
Excellent Communication skills and Presentable.
Problem solving and decision making.
Excellent legal English skill.
Attention to details.
Ability to project manages to a high standard.

Drafting, vetting, checking and revising of sales agreements, Developments or any other agreements.
Legal searching of land investing the history and legality behind the land.
Preparing legal documents for mutation of land.
Review and provide legal advice on company documents.
Provide legal protection and risk management, advice to management accordingly.
Coordinate & managing project approvals and advance processing Facilities with financial Institution/ Bank.
